It’s a thin piece of latex that prevents any type of STDs from mouth-to-genital oral sex. There are some latex free ones out there. There are adult toy stores like Plumtoy, pharmacies or you can make them yourself. If you already have latex condoms with you, you can use those to make dental dams. With clean hands and scissors, cut the tip of the condom then cut vertically and you’ll have your own dental dam.

If you ever consider any oral anal play but are hesitating, try using a dental dam. This way you can avoid coming in contact of any fecal matter.
Be cautious if You or a partner have Herpes, Pubic lice or HPV because dental dams won’t prevent it spreading to you or your partner.
