Return/Refund Policy

1. You’re eligible for a return if your item is in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
2. For refunds, items must be returned first. Contact plumtoy.qa@gmail.com to start refund/return process. We will send you return instructions along with a return shipping label.
3. To cancel an order, email plumtoy.qa@gmail.com before it is shipped to get a refund.
4. Add-ons to orders have to be before they’re shipped or ordered separately.
5. In any case a product arrives damaged, please email a picture of the damage, ship the product back and you will receive a new product free of charge.
6. If you order the wrong product please email us before it’s shipped to get the right one and pay the difference if there is one. (A partial refund will be given in case the product cost less)
