Return/Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items: For health code compliance, used or opened dildos and vibrators are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review product dimensions and sizing suggestions before purchasing.
• Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return Instructions:
◦ Email support@plumtoy.com to start the return process.
◦ Ship items to: 712 Wilcrest Drive, Houston, TX 77042 in original packaging.
◦ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
• Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, email support@plumtoy.com before it ships.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, email a photo to us and return the item. We will send a replacement free of charge.
• Wrong Item Ordered: If you ordered the wrong product, email us before shipping. We’ll adjust your order and issue a partial refund or request payment for any difference. You are eligible for a full refund if you return an item within 14 days of delivery unused and unopened.
• Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. Notify us at support@plumtoy.com to exercise this right.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are 2-8 business days. Estimate Delivery dates and costs are calculated at checkout.
